After confirming whether the product suits you, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery to submit a return/exchange request, subject to the Returns & Exchanges Policy below:

Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • Free exchange in case of a manufacturing defect or mismatch with the specifications listed on the product page.

  • You may exchange for another item of the same value or higher (any price difference will be charged or refunded), provided the replacement item is free of defects.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of any item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
